This project involved a logo, branding, and website redesign for a real estate developer specializing in the life sciences industry. The client sought a new identity that reflected their expertise in life sciences while maintaining a professional, corporate appeal for potential investors and employees. The goal was to create a brand that felt both technical and innovative, while the website needed to showcase their portfolio of high-quality properties in an engaging and informative way.

The client’s previous logo featured a DNA helix ribbon, which was reimagined into a more dynamic and detailed lettermark. The double-helix structure was used to form the letters “WAI”. Although the lettermark itself isn’t immediately legible as “WAI,” its intricate design creates a visually compelling brand element that pairs seamlessly with the wordmark. The color palette includes vibrant blues and darker tones to evoke a sense of trust, professionalism, and innovation—key qualities for a company in the life sciences space.

The website was designed to serve as a portfolio for the company’s real estate properties in the life science sector. As a B2B platform, the website focuses on demonstrating the value of their properties, company background, and career opportunities, with the primary call to action being to contact the company. Design elements such as the double-helix DNA strand are incorporated throughout the site to visually reinforce their expertise in the life sciences. The clean, professional layout ensures that potential investors and employees can easily navigate the site, explore properties, and engage with the company.
